All attendees must be 18+ years of age on or before the date of the event. VIP ticket holders must be 21+. IDs will be checked upon check in to the event.
Similar to a Craft Fair or Renaissance Fair market in the mundane world, LoudStone celebrates the members of the Creation Coterie and all of their wares at Ortensia’s Emporium. Vendors may purchase a stall at either or both events to welcome members of LoudStone from near and far. Ortensia’s Emporium will be open before the Fantasy Fete onSaturday, November 16th, 2024 from 11 am to 3 pm and again after the Kingdom Celebration on Sunday, April 26, 2025 - 11 am to 5 pm.
Yes! You can apply by submitting an application through THIS form. Vending at the Emporium does not provide you with a ticket to the event, all attendees must purchase a ticket to attend the events.
The dress code for the Fantasy Fete and Kingdom Celebration is Formal Fantasy, with full-length gowns and suits recommended. Some events may have a best dressed competition for those representing their magical community. LoudStone staff may turn away guests who don't follow the formal dress code.
We have limited parking spots available, so we encourage guests to carpool to the Fantasy Fete. For the Fantasy Ball, a shuttle service will be provided to and from the Home 2 Suites.

There will be one shuttle available from the Home2Suites for Appalachian Arcanum ticket holders to travel to the venue for this experience before the Fete begins. We will have 6 or fewer players per table, allowing each adventuring party to feel like they have room to explore the narrative in a smaller group. You will receive a pre-made character to play and the GM will guide you through the game, regardless of your experience level. There will be buffet-style dinner service for dinner during the event. You are encouraged to come dressed in your attire, since this event will lead directly into the evening ball (so you likely will NOT have time to change before the evening festivities begin!)
Shuttle service will pick up at the Home2Suites in Leesburg and will drop off at Stone Manor. Shuttle services will run throughout the evening, so no need to stress about running late or wanting to leave early!
We will have a table of appetizer - style snacks at the Fantasy Fete, but no full-meal options. If you want to eat dinner on-property, be sure to get a ticket to the Appalachian Arcanum for a delicious tavern-inspired dinner before the event!
