All attendees must be 18+ years of age on or before the date of the event. VIP ticket holders must be 21+. IDs will be checked upon check in to the event.

Attendees are encouraged to book through our hotel room block at the nearby Hampton Inn & Suites.

Similar to a Craft Fair or Renaissance Fair market in the mundane world, LoudStone celebrates the members of the Creation Coterie and all of their wares at Queen Ortensia’s Emporium. Please email Erin@virginiabandb.net if you are interested in Vending at LoudStone's next event!

The dress code for our Fantasy Ball events is Formal Fantasy, with full-length gowns and suits recommended with fantasy flair.

Some events may have a best dressed competition for those representing their magical community.

LoudStone staff may turn away guests who don't follow the formal dress code.

For our Add-On event, the dress code is Fantasy Flare—something like what you would wear to the Renn Faire. You are encouraged to dress themed to the event.

We have limited parking spots available, so we encourage guests to carpool to LoudStone events. Some events may require the purchase of a parking pass. Please check the event ticketing page for additional details.

Each event will have light snacks, but not meal service. Our ball events often feature an add-on dinner event before the ball events. For additional details, please check the event ticketing page for additional details.

LoudStone is proudly inclusive and continues to address dietary restrictions and allergies in safe and yet delicious ways. Our food can be vegan, celiac friendly, dairy-free, nut-free, and more without taking away the taste and enjoyment of eating food. When purchasing a ticket for an event that includes meal service, there will be a space to provide any dietary restrictions for us to be aware of.
