LoudStone Kingdom Celebration
3 pm on April 26th to 3 pm on the 27th
We aim to combine the whimsy and luxury of a fantasy ball with the engaging, themed activities and limitless fun of your favorite Renaissance Faire, all tied together with an original storyline and unique world celebrating the local Appalachian mountains (and the mystical lore that emanates from them). At this one-of-a-kind event, citizens of LoudStone will be able to adorn their fanciful dress to interact with live performers, participate in activities like scavenger hunts, Table Top Role Playing Games, archery, dancing, a Silent Auction, a Fantasy Beast Expo of adoptable pets, and more. Patrons can choose their own adventure, getting as into the story as they’d like – guests can center themselves in the middle of the action or watch from a distance as the story unfolds, all while enjoying a variety of themed activities. Here, all levels of experience are welcome, from seasoned cosplayers, to lovers of fantasy, to those brand new to our world.
This event will be an adults-only space; you must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket and attend.
Standard Ticket
The Standard Ticket will grant you access to the grounds from 3 to 11 pm, where you are free to roam and choose your own adventure! You will have access to the following activities:
- A digital Kingdom Map, featuring partnering businesses and local points of interest
- Shuttle service between the Home2Suites and the venue
- Scavenger hunts
- Live performer interactions with Queen Ortensia and her advisors
- Silent Auction, where proceeds will be donated to our Fantasy Beast Expo sponsors
- Archery
- A live-painter watercolor portrait of you at the event
- Buffet dinner service with live entertainment
- Photo booth
- Live event photography with access to a public gallery
- An evening of dancing
- This ticket also includes entry to Ortensia’s Emporium, a vendor market celebrating members of the Creation Coterie and their artistic creations from 11 am to 5 pm on Sunday after the Ball
LoudStone Nobility Ticket
In addition to Standard Ticket experience, LoudStone Nobility will enjoy open bar services during the Ball and have their choice of a Sunday event:
- High Tea
- Adorn a second fantasy-inspired look, this high tea event is fit for the nobility of LoudStone’s courts!
- This event will give each guest one pot of a signature tea blend and traditional high tea style food service of mini sandwiches, scones, and other finger foods. This event will be from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
- Table Top Role Playing Game
- Immerse yourself in the world of fantasy as you play a pre-made character. Dive into the world of LoudStone, find dragons and other fantastical beasts, role-play your way through the High Courts, and more!
- This event includes buffet service for lunch of delicious food, fit for your favorite tavern! This event will be from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Parking Ticket
If you would prefer to drive instead of take the shuttle, parking spots are available for $45. We will have 100 parking spots available.
