All attendees must be 18+ years of age on or before the date of the event. VIP ticket holders must be 21+. IDs will be checked upon check in to the event.

Attendees are encouraged to support local small businesses by booking rooms at B&B Guild locations.

Similar to a Craft Fair or Renaissance Fair market in the mundane world, LoudStone celebrates the members of the Creation Coterie and all of their wares at Queen Ortensia’s Emporium. Please email Erin@virginiabandb.net if you are interested in Vending at LoudStone's next event!

The dress code for the Fantasy Fete and Kingdom Celebration is Formal Fantasy, with full-length gowns and suits recommended. Some events may have a best dressed competition for those representing their magical community. LoudStone staff may turn away guests who don't follow the formal dress code.

The dress code for our Fantasy Ball events is Formal Fantasy, with full-length gowns and suits recommended with fantasy flair. Some events may have a best dressed competition for those representing their magical community. LoudStone staff may turn away guests who don't follow the formal dress code.

For our Add-On event, the dress code is Fantasy Flare - something like what you would wear to the RennFaire. You are encouraged to dress themed to the event.

We have limited parking spots available, so we encourage guests to carpool to LoudStone events. Some events may require the purchase of a parking pass. Please check the event ticketing page for additional details.
